CEOGC News: Head Start Home Based Program

The Head Start Home Based Program offers a Head Start preschool educational experience in a child's home. The program serves children 3 - 5 years of age who reside in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. There is no cost to families who qualify for the program.
A CEOGC Head Start Home Visitor will visit the child's home once per week for 1.5 hours per visit. During this time the child and his/her parent or guardian (must be present at the time of the visit) will participate in Head Start education and literacy activities. In addition to these home based activities, the child will schedule a monthly experience at a Head Start Center, where the child will interact and socialize with students and staff.
